atershed began as an exploration of emotional terrain - the idea that we are shaped the same way landscapes are shaped. By pressure. By flow. By time.
Instead of drawing the figure first, I let the contours build the body naturally, like the form was being carved out through layers of experience. The result exists somewhere between a figure, a landscape, and an erosion map of the self.
This new version expands the original piece into a larger diptych across two 14" x 21" panels, allowing the composition more space to breathe and dissolve. The contrasting warm and cool palettes create a tension between different internal states - two emotional climates existing at once.
Built from layered laser-cut wood and hand-painted gradients, the piece continues my Topography of the Soul series: mapping the invisible ways experience changes us over time.
Everything's Fine explores the contrast between the version of ourselves we present to the world and the deeper internal landscapes underneath. Soft portraiture and flowing organic forms are framed by layered geometric structures, blending vulnerability with precision - emotion held inside architecture.
This piece continues my exploration of balancing opposites: softness and structure, intuition and control, organic movement and sharp geometric order. Built from layered laser-cut wood with hand-painted acrylic and oil details, the work combines sculptural depth with painterly atmosphere, inviting the viewer into a quieter, more reflective space beneath the surface.
This Phoenix uses a new technique, bending layered wood feathers to extend beyond the frame. The added dimension creates movement and visual tension
I’ve been exploring the woods with a sketchbook and camera, always looking for beautiful scenes to capture or little details record.
Then I try to funnel all of the experience into something completely new. This piece explores optical illusion/ fantastical floating forest vibes. This is the 4th version - now mounted with a painted background, more purples in the ground. It adds some deeper, more ethereal vibes and opens up the color palette in a way I really love. There’s more development to come. Selling this proof to support this artistic expedition and hopefully make someone very happy
The florescent paint really glows under blacklight or blue LED
On a some level, this piece is an homage to M.C. Escher - whose work I admire deeply. I’m happy with the balance of juxtapositions: bright neon with soft darkness, geometric with organic, and sculptural forms with realistic hands.
This piece explores the idea that the inner world and the outer world are mirrors of each other. The hands are a loose reference to Michelangelo's Creation of Adam, that charged moment where connection is almost made. Here, the gesture repeats itself above and below, suggesting that what we seek in the heavens is also formed within us.
It is a study of light, balance, and reflection. Fluorescent paint is used to create a soft glow, shifting with the environment and reinforcing the idea of energy moving between realms.
A reminder that reaching for the stars often begins with reaching inward.

I don’t usually stand in a field with the artwork, but the lighting was just beautiful. Love this piece so much

Fluorescent gradients interact with light to create a subtle internal glow, changing throughout the day and under blue light
Unicorns were believed to be real animals in ancient Greece
Early unicorns were described as fierce and untamable, not cute

After a severe loss, I created this piece to process grief. A meditation on change, acceptance, growth.
